Ask Leadership was formed in 2008 with a simple vision – To create a world of leaders developing leaders!
The company throws off the highly structured and rigorously applied ‘text book’ approaches to developing people in many skill areas. This approach is dated and becoming less effective as the 21st Century demands that leaders at all levels in organisations drive constant change.
A highly structured course manual written today is out of date in 6 months and will just sit on a shelf collecting dust. That doesn’t mean there isn’t a need for reference material, and we have plenty of that, but it should be customised to reflect context of individuals and where they serve in the organisation.
One size does not fit all in this modern world of personal development. Ask Leadership delivers both the high quality flexible programs as well as best in class supporting documentation.
